1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the testforadhd.com website (hereinafter: the "Website").
1.2. The owner and operator of the Website, and the seller of the digital services offered on it, is:

2. Definitions
- User: any person using the Website.
- Administrator / Seller: the entity identified in section 1.2.
- Test: the free screening test available on the Website, consisting of a questionnaire and cognitive tasks (Go/No-Go and Stroop).
- Results Report: digital content made available for a fee after purchase: the detailed results of the Test (questionnaire and cognitive tasks) together with an analysis and recommendations prepared with the help of an artificial intelligence model. The Results Report comes with a free e-book, "ADHD Guide" (PDF, in English).
- Order: the purchase of access to the Results Report.
3. Rules of Website Use
3.1. Using the Website means accepting these Terms of Service.
3.2. The User provides truthful information and uses the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
3.3. The Test and the Results Report are screening tools. They are not a medical or psychological diagnosis, they do not confirm or rule out ADHD, and they do not replace a consultation with a qualified professional.
4. Liability
4.1. The Administrator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the Test or the Results Report.
4.2. The service is informational and educational in nature.
5. Fees, Orders and Delivery
5.1. Taking the Test and viewing a preview of its result are free of charge.
5.2. Access to the Results Report is a paid digital service.
5.3. The price is shown in the User's local currency, determined by the User's location, before payment. For 30 minutes after completing the Test, a reduced promotional price applies. The price may also be reduced with a promotional code.
5.4. The price is always shown before purchase. The displayed price is the final amount the User pays.
5.5. Payment is a one-time payment (no subscription) and gives access to the Results Report in digital form. Payments are processed by the payment provider Stripe.
5.6. Not purchasing the Results Report does not result in any further costs or obligations.
5.7. Order fulfilment time: access to the Results Report is granted automatically, within 15 minutes after the payment is confirmed. In most cases access is granted almost immediately, in less than 15 minutes.
5.8. The Results Report is available through a personal link. When the Results Report is ready, the User receives an email with a link to the Results Report and a link to download the e-book.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in the laws of EU Member States, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
6.2. By placing an Order, the User consents to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the content has been supplied.
6.3. If access to the Results Report has not been delivered or a technical error has occurred, the User may submit a complaint in accordance with section 7.
7. Complaints
7.1. Complaints can be submitted to: [email protected]
7.2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details.
7.3. The Administrator handles complaints within 14 days of receipt. If no reply is given within this period, the complaint is deemed accepted.
7.4. If the digital content is defective, the Administrator will bring it into conformity or refund the payment, in accordance with applicable law.
7.5. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. A list of alternative dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available on the European Commission's website: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/list-alternative-dispute-resolution-adr-bodies_en
7.6. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits the mandatory rights that consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
8. Copyright
8.1. The content available on the Website is protected by copyright.
8.2. Copying or distributing the materials without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
9.2. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Website.
